Discover that you are not alone and that there is HOPE
Find resources and services that exist in Jacksonville
Improve communications with doctors and increase compliance
Identify coping strategies and ways to help you make better decisions
Share ideas and perspectives among your individuals who are your peers
Learn to laugh at your symptoms so that we can be happy, joyous and free
You did not cause your illness but you are responsible to learn how to
manage it and you symtoms
